Data Quality & Testing Lead/Data QA Lead (Snowflake/ETL)/Data QA Lead (Snowflake/ETL/SQL)

We are seeking an experienced Data Testing Lead with a strong background in Snowflake, ETL, SQL, and DBT. The ideal candidate will lead data testing initiatives, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across complex data ecosystems. This role requires excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, along with proven experience delivering large-scale data testing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the data testing track and collaborate with stakeholders on planning and execution.
• Develop comprehensive data test strategies , test plans , test scenarios , and test cases.
• Oversee all testing lifecycle activities and maintain documentation within ALM.
• Estimate testing efforts, assess scope changes, and identify resource needs.
• Conduct and facilitate defect triage meetings to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure quality standards are met across data validation, ETL testing, and reporting outputs.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in data testing, ETL validation, and Snowflake environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Experience in Power BI dashboard testing.
• Proficient in test management tools (ALM).
• Working knowledge of DBT (Data Build Tool).
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and data testing tools.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional testing teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.
