Wastewater Superintendent

As a Water/Wastewater Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of water and wastewater construction projects efficiently and on schedule. You will be a crucial part of day to day management of project job sites, including scheduling, quality control, safety management, , and ensuring that projects meet quality and safety standards.Job Responsibilities – Supervise construction of water/wastewater infrastructure projects- Coordinate and schedule daily activities of subcontractors and field personnel- Work closely with engineers, inspectors, and project managers to resolve issues and stay on schedule- Ensure compliance with project specs, safety regulations, and environmental standards and maintain accurate records of relevant data.- Conduct safety meetings and enforce job site safety protocols- Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documentsJob Requirements Job Requirements – Proven experience as a Superintendent in water/wastewater construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years- Strong understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure systems, including treatment plants, pipelines, and distribution networks- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
