Job Description

Insight Global is hiring Business Development managers for a rapidly growing data annotation start-up in San Francisco. This organization offers data services to clients in various industries to help build smarter, safer, and more aligned AI systems by providing high-quality, human-annotated data and tools for data monetization. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic opportunities with enterprise clients in the AI/ML space.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise and strategic clients.

· Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

· Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and pricing to ensure win-win outcomes.

· Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions for client needs.

· Stay ahead of industry trends to spot emerging opportunities and inform business strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 YOE in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales in tech/AI

  • B2B tech sales background with large companies

  • Basic understanding of AI/LLM

  • Lead Generation

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience with larger ticket sales, generating multi-millions in revenue

  • Experience in the SAND field (Semantic Annotation of Numeric Data in Web Tables)

  • B2B sales experience for a Data/AI company (Becomes a requirement for Lead position) — existing network
