Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Execution (LE) Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of SAP LE solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP logistics modules, particularly LE, WM, EWM, MM, and SD, combined with proven experience managing complex SAP projects from initiation through deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP LE implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication.
  • Work closely with functional teams (LE, MM, SD, WM, EWM) to ensure solution design aligns with business objectives.
  • Drive process improvements in logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations.
  • Conduct business requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design reviews.
  • Coordinate development, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support activities.
  • Manage risk, issue tracking, and project governance documentation.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with SAP Activate or ASAP methodologies.
  • Collaborate with offshore and cross-functional teams for timely and quality delivery.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10 years of SAP experience with at least 3 5 years in Project Management.
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP LE and integration with MM, SD, and EWM modules.
  • Hands-on experience in managing full lifecycle SAP implementation and rollout projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering SAP logistics projects within time and budget constraints.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA logistics functionalities.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification preferred.
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM) or Yard Logistics.
  • Exposure to global template rollout or multi-country deployment projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
