Plant Manager

Summary:

The Plant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of Bnewfuels’ remanufacturing facility in Gulfport, MS. The role will involve managing a workforce of approximately 50 employees and multiple operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all plant operations, including safety, production, quality, maintenance, and facilities.
• Direct and develop shift leaders, administrative staff, and functional leads (QC, labor, accounting, procurement).
• Implement operational strategies to meet production and quality goals.
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, costs, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or remanufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of 40–50 employees.
• Strong knowledge of safety, production, and quality control practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
