Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support finance and controlling functions within our SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules and proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end SAP FICO processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, Cost Center, Profit Center, and Internal Orders).
  • Lead or support SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose effective SAP solutions.
  • Integrate FICO with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
  • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
  • Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and process improvements.
  • Work closely with finance teams on month-end/year-end closing and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including full lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) business processes.
  • Experience with integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, tax, and localization requirements.
  • Experience with S/4HANA Finance preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Central Finance (CFIN) or S/4HANA migration projects.
  • Exposure to SAP Fiori apps, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or Group Reporting.
  • SAP Certification in FICO.
