Overview:

Responsible for managing IT vendor relationships and supporting contract lifecycle activities including MSAs and SOWs. Works closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure value, compliance, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with IT software/service vendors
• Create, review, and negotiate MSAs and SOWs
• Coordinate with internal teams to align vendor deliverables
• Track vendor performance and ensure contract compliance
• Support vendor consolidation and cost optimization efforts

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of IT Vendor Management experience
• Strong experience with Software and IT Services vendors
• Hands-on experience establishing MSAs and negotiating SOWs
• Manufacturing or Automotive industry experience is a plus
• Experience with vendor consolidation initiatives is a plus
