💼 What You’ll Do
You’ll be the heartbeat of one of our best clients in the financial industry — providing support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing travel & expenses, including booking arrangements and processing reimbursements
Handling incoming & outgoing mail, including checks, tax forms, and scanning documents
Maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and answering phones
Coordinating office events, interviews, and client meetings
Liaising with building services, greeting visitors, and ensuring a professional environment
Supporting our Wealth Management Team with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer service
🧠 What You Bring
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
2 years of experience in a corporate or professional setting
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Team-oriented mindset and polished professionalism
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to excellence

💰 Pay: $25/hour
