Job Title: Scrum Master (SAP)

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months contract

Duties:

Hours: ++M-F US Hours with flexibility. May need to start around 7am CST to accommodate team members in India.++

Scrum Master for two SAP Product Teams within 3M’s IT Organization. Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group

Will be responsible for facilitating the scrum process and ensuring that the teams follow scrum practices and principles, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Will also be expected to support the product owner in managing the product backlog, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring clear communication of requirements to the team, as well as coaching the team through agile processes while monitoring progress on projects to meet deadlines.

Skills:

  • Understanding of Agile Methodology
  • Clear communication skills, both verbally and via email and online chat
  • Proficiency in Jira project management tool
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams

Education:Bachelor’s Degree required
