NOLA Canvas is seeking an organized and energetic Events Coordinator to support the execution of in-store promotional events across New Orleans. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in active environments, and wants hands-on experience coordinating brand activations and customer-facing promotional events.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the setup, staging, and presentation of branded in-store events
• Support the smooth execution of promotional activities across retail locations
• Engage professionally with customers, sharing product information and promotional messaging
• Maintain consistent brand presentation and ensure event materials are displayed correctly
• Monitor event flow, anticipate needs, and support the team in resolving on-site issues
• Provide observations and feedback to enhance event effectiveness
• Work collaboratively with team leads to maintain quality standards and event readiness

Compensation & Structure

• Estimated annual base compensation equivalent: $31,200–$41,600
• Performance bonuses available, which can increase total earnings for high-performing team members

This is an in-person role based in New Orleans, LA. Applicants must be able to commute to retail event locations throughout the area.
