Role:LLM Administrative Services Managers — Government

Type: Short-Term Contract (1 Month)

Location: Remote (USA Only)

Rate: $90–$110 per hour

Availability: 20–30 hours per week, with 2 hours overlap with PST timezone

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Administrative Services or Operations Managers for a short-term project with a top AI lab. You’ll use your expertise in government operations, administrative management, and organizational coordination to help fine-tune large language models (LLMs).

Your insights will contribute to developing AI systems that can reason through real-world administrative and procedural tasks, helping improve efficiency and decision-making across public sector operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and evaluate real-world administrative and operational management scenarios to test LLM performance.
  • Write structured explanations and procedural solutions for budgeting, procurement, and facilities management.
  • Assess AI-generated outputs for clarity, compliance, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model understanding of public administration workflows and policy execution.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience as an Administrative Services Manager, Office Manager, or Operations Coordinator, preferably in government or public administration.

  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and compliance management.

  • Degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or Operations preferred.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.

  • No prior AI experience required — training provided.
