Role:LLM First-Line Supervisors of Production & Operating Workers — Manufacturing

Type: Short-Term Contract (1 Month)

Location: Remote (USA Only)

Rate: $80–$120 per hour

Availability: 20–30 hours per week, with 2 hours overlap with PST timezone

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Production Supervisors, Operations Leads, or Manufacturing Team Leads to participate in short-term AI research projects focused on improving manufacturing and operational intelligence.

In this role, your real-world expertise in production workflows, workforce management, and process optimization will directly help train and refine AI systems to understand how manufacturing leadership and coordination work in practice.

No prior AI experience is required — your operational experience will help shape next-generation AI models that simulate real-world factory and production settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and solve real-world production and operations scenarios to evaluate AI reasoning.
• Write clear, structured explanations covering production planning, workforce scheduling, and quality control.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, practical feasibility, and process alignment.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to enhance system understanding of factory management, lean practices, and operational leadership.

Skills & Requirements:

• 4 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, Operations Lead, or Manufacturing Team Lead.
• Deep understanding of lean manufacturing, safety compliance, and continuous process improvement.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to explain workflow logic clearly.
• Comfortable using digital or web-based tools for data review, task evaluation, and annotation.
• No AI experience required.
