Asset Management Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution
- Coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and confirmations within ServiceNow, covering both device replacements and in-place operating-system upgrades.
- Track progress against throughput targets of approximately 120–150 users per week, adjusting cadence based on site readiness, logistics, and available technician capacity.
- Collaborate with deployment pods to maintain smooth daily flow and consistent first time-right execution.
- Maintain the master roster of users and devices; reconcile with asset inventory, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure full visibility across refresh and upgrade activities.
Deployment Logistics
- Partner with Chantilly for imaging, staging, and shipment coordination to local and remote sites.
- Oversee swap-out accuracy: asset tag in/out, user sign-off, OneDrive backup verified, and SentinelOne check complete.
- Support secure decommissioning and Certificate of Destruction tracking for all retired devices.
Readiness & Communication
- Validate user readiness: Intune tagging, OneDrive sync, and app exceptions cleared before scheduling.
- Communicate upcoming appointments and preparation requirements to end users.
- Liaise with support leads to resolve post-refresh follow-ups quickly and minimize downtime.
Reporting & Controls
- Maintain refresh tracking dashboards, highlighting completions, rework, and readiness metrics.
- Provide concise weekly updates using the PMO standard (Snapshot | What’s Working | Attention Areas | Status).
- Assist with monthly asset reconciliation and audit reporting.

Experience & Education
- 3–5 years in IT coordination, desktop deployment, or asset lifecycle management.
- Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platform.
- Background in logistics or scheduling operations preferred.
- ITIL Foundation or CompTIA Project+ certification a plus.
