Position: AI Buy-Side Finance Tutor (Full Time)

Compensation: $90-$200K/year
Location: Remote
Commitment: Full-time (10-40 hours/week)
Role Responsibilities(Training support will be provided)
- Data Curation & Annotation: Use proprietary software to label, annotate, and evaluate buy-side finance data including portfolio management, hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and algorithmic trading domains.
- Content Quality: Deliver high-quality, curated datasets to improve AI reasoning and decision-making realism.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to refine annotation workflows and enhance AI model training.
- Problem Selection: Identify complex buy-side financial scenarios that improve model performance.
- Task Adaptation: Interpret evolving task instructions with precision and sound judgment.
Requirements
- Professional experience in buy-side finance roles such as portfolio manager, hedge fund analyst, private equity associate, venture capitalist, or quant trader.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, with ability to interpret complex financial materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Passion for finance, data, and technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced finance certifications (CFA, CAIA, or equivalent).
- Experience mentoring or training teams in investment analysis and strategy.
- Comfortable recording short audio or video clips for model training.
- Familiarity with AI tools, data labelling, or annotation systems.
