Position: Customer Service Representative

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $45–$65/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

  • Use your professional expertise as a Customer Service Representative to create and refine occupation-specific questions.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, tone, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
  • Provide insights into best practices in customer communication, conflict resolution, and service excellence.
  • Support the development of AI systems that simulate effective, human-like customer support interactions.

Requirements

  • Strong experience working full-time as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in an asynchronous setup.
