Role:LLM Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Clerks — Manufacturing

Type: Short-Term Contract (1 Month)

Location: Remote (USA Only)

Rate: $60–$75 per hour

Availability: 20–30 hours per week, with 2 hours overlap with PST timezone

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Shipping Clerks, Inventory Coordinators, or Warehouse Associates for short-term AI research projects focused on manufacturing and logistics operations. In this role, you will use your hands-on expertise in inventory management, shipping coordination, and material handling to help train and refine AI systems that simulate real-world manufacturing workflows.

No prior AI experience is required — your industry knowledge will help improve how AI understands and optimizes warehouse and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and solve real-world logistics, warehousing, and production scenarios to evaluate AI reasoning.
• Write structured explanations covering inventory tracking, shipment scheduling, and material movement.
• Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, operational feasibility, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to improve system understanding of manufacturing logistics, factory-to-warehouse coordination, and raw material management.

Skills & Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a Shipping Clerk, Inventory Coordinator, or Warehouse Associate in manufacturing, production, or industrial logistics.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, materials handling, and order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools for workflow simulation and data annotation.
• No AI experience required.
