Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centrist attitude, and the ability to handle various inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist business clients with tickets for equipment repair.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports and documentation as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with customers.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred. Especially B2B.
  • Familiarity with call center operations and outbound calling techniques is beneficial.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
