Who You Are
You are a strategic, creative, emotionally intelligent marketing leader.
You understand narrative, community, and brand depth.
You have prior startup experience or have been a founder yourself.
You understand the intensity, resilience, and conviction required in zero to one.
You are obsessed with the founder journey and passionate about:
- Helping founders find aligned cofounders and early core team members
- Bringing awareness to the emotional and operational reality of building a startup
- Documenting and sharing the authentic “messy middle,” not only the highlight reel
You understand that vulnerability and truth create trust.
You are not joining to execute tasks.
You are joining to build a movement.
You Will Own
- Brand narrative and category positioning
- Growth strategy and demand generation for the early access waitlist
- Founder acquisition funnels and community onboarding
- Partnerships with founder communities, accelerators, and venture ecosystems
- Content strategy and hands-on content creation (writing, video, storytelling)
- Community engagement and experience design
- Building the CoPatible podcast presence and guest outreach
- The authentic storytelling that reveals the real side of building a company

You build systems, engines, and communities.
This Role Is For You If
- You believe story is strategy

Big plus if you have:
- Experience with community driven or relationship centered products
- A network in founder communities, content creators, or VC ecosystems
- Confidence producing short form video content or appearing on camera
