Support Engineer | $35/hr Remote

Compensation: $15–$35/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: Part-time (10-40 hours/week)
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
- Work directly with engineering and operations teams to onboard and support customers using an AI-driven software product
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries, ensuring successful product usage
- Manage support tickets through Zendesk, delivering timely and effective resolutions
- Assist with customer onboarding and provide direct, responsive support
Requirements
- Prior experience in Technical Support Engineering, Customer Support, or similar support roles
- Professional-level English proficiency
- Professional-level Japanese proficiency
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Interest in helping customers succeed with advanced AI products
