Position: Mentor

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $15–$35/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Part-time (10-40 hours/week)

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

  • Work directly with engineering and operations teams to onboard and support customers using an AI-driven software product
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries, ensuring successful product usage
  • Manage support tickets through Zendesk, delivering timely and effective resolutions
  • Assist with customer onboarding and provide direct, responsive support

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Technical Support Engineering, Customer Support, or similar support roles
  • Professional-level English proficiency
  • Professional-level Japanese proficiency
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
  • Interest in helping customers succeed with advanced AI products
