Our client, a live events company, is looking for a full-time Technical Production Coordinator to join their team! This is a hybrid role, 2-3 days per week onsite and the rest remote.

The Technical Production Coordinator Will

  • oversee the technical aspects of live events / productions, and be the main point of contact for their guests
  • collaborate with partners, creative teams, and producers to understand technical requirements
  • develop / maintain production schedules, run of shows, and equipment lists
  • source vendors, freelancers, and technical crew
  • organize site visits, rehearsals, and technical run-throughs (audio / video systems, manage load-ins / outs, and troubleshoot technical issues)

The Technical Production Coordinator Has

  • 3+ years of experience in technical production for live events, and proven expertise in audio / video systems
  • experience with scenic construction, rigging, and stage management
  • strong front of house experience, and ability to manage audience-facing technical elements
  • proficiency in production tools like Asana, AutoCAD or similar
  • strong project management skills, and ability to manage multiple events under tight deadlines

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
