📍 Hybrid — Based in Kohler, WI

Overview:

Lead the launch of innovative new products across North America and globally. This hybrid role focuses on end-to-end project management of New Product Development (NPD) initiatives, working cross-functionally to drive quality, performance, and cost improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams through the NPD process from concept to market launch
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Ensure alignment with business goals and senior leadership expectations
• Drive problem-solving and continuous process improvement
• Mentor less experienced team members
• Communicate project status and decisions clearly across the business

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing, Design, or similar
• 8+ years of experience in product development/project management
• Proven ability to lead high-performance teams and navigate complex projects
• Experience in global product development preferred
• Strong communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
• Willingness to travel 10–20%, including internationally
