The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support our US and UK fairs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves event marketing, and enjoys juggling multiple priorities across markets.
You’ll support the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing ticketing platforms, tracking performance, and ensuring our fairs are represented with consistency and creativity. You’ll also have opportunities to see your work come to life on-site during our events.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution & Marketing Support
- Assist with day-to-day marketing initiatives across multiple markets
- Build and execute email campaigns using Klaviyo, maintaining our brand voice
- Support ticketing platforms (Universe, Eventbrite, etc.), including link creation, promo codes, and campaign tracking via UTM links
- Conduct research to support marketing strategy and audience outreach
Content & Project Coordination
- Coordinate cross-functional communications with internal teams, vendors, and partners
- Track and manage tasks for the design team using project management tools (Notion, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
- Update the company website and assist in content management
- Create post-event performance reports and track campaign success
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage administrative marketing tasks, including reporting, planning, and organization
- Work independently while collaborating with the broader marketing team to execute projects efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years professional experience in marketing or event marketing
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Klaviyo, Slack, Bitly, project management apps, and WordPress
- Experience with ticketing platforms such as Universe or Eventbrite
- Strong copywriting skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience creating and using UTM links for campaign tracking and reporting
- Team player with a collaborative spirit, but confident working independently
- Bonus: Experience in arts or events industries, with a passion for creative sectors
- Availability to travel for 4–5 days at a time to support US fairs
