Technology Credit Research Analyst

The role focuses on corporate credits within the Technology Sector , with direct impact across multiple fixed income strategies including Investment Grade, High Yield, Leveraged Loans, and Alternatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep fundamental analysis of companies and industries within the Technology sector
- Identify and recommend investment opportunities across the credit spectrum
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to support investment theses
- Publish rigorous investment recommendations for portfolio managers
- Engage with issuer management, sell-side analysts, legal experts, and private equity sponsors
- Analyze and contribute to credit documentation including loan agreements and amendments
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of credit analysis experience, with a strong focus on the Technology sector
- Proven ability to evaluate credits across IG, HY, and loan markets
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Buy-side experience preferred, especially in team-oriented environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA a plus
