You will work closely with the two co-founders, both former Blackstone professionals with deep experience in complex transactions and operational growth.

The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Vice President of M&A Execution to lead the acquisition strategy for this commercial services division. This is a unique chance to join a high-growth environment and play a pivotal role in shaping a business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end deal execution for multiple acquisitions per month
  • Lead diligence, financial modeling, structuring, and closing processes
  • Build and maintain a robust acquisition pipeline; ensure timely and efficient execution
  • Partner with senior leadership in seller meetings and negotiations
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to integrate acquired businesses seamlessly

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 4-5 years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
  • Industry Exposure: Commercial services roll-up strategies (e.g., roofing, HVAC, building services)
  • Skills: Strong technical M&A capabilities, highly process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple deals under tight timelines
