SAP Service Consultant
ob Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP Customer Service (CS) or SAP S/4HANA Service modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze service processes, design system solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
Work with business teams to gather and analyze service management requirements (service orders, warranties, service contracts, repairs, field service, etc.).
Design and configure SAP CS / S/4HANA Service to meet business needs.
Manage integration between Service and other SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, PM.
Develop functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with technical (ABAP) teams.
Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support end users during and after go-live.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement recommendations.
Participate in global rollout and migration projects (ECC to S/4HANA, if applicable).
Document configuration, process flows, and functional design documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an SAP CS / SAP S/4HANA Service Functional Consultant.
Strong understanding of service notifications, service orders, contracts, warranties, billing, and resource planning.
Hands-on experience in configuration, master data, pricing, and integration areas.
Knowledge of interfaces and integrations (IDocs, BAPIs, or APIs) with other SAP or third-party systems.
Familiarity with Fiori apps for Service Management in S/4HANA (preferred).
Excellent communication, client interaction, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Nice to Have (Preferred)
Exposure to SAP Field Service Management (FSM) or SAP CRM Service.
Experience with migration projects (ECC to S/4HANA).
Understanding of end-to-end service business processes in manufacturing, engineering, or utilities sectors.
