App Support Engineer/ Production Support/ IT Ops Engineers
Duration: 6-12 months C2H
Location: Spring TX – Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and deploy applications and servers in a hybrid environment (on-prem and Azure).
- Monitor production environments, proactively identify issues, and raise incidents through established control processes.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Collaborate with Dev, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams to ensure reliable and efficient deployments.
- Support ongoing modernization efforts to increase Azure footprint (targeting 35% Azure by next year).
- Troubleshoot performance issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive issue resolution.
- Document operational procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of application build and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
- Experience with server management, both physical and virtualized.
- Solid background in production monitoring and incident management.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
- Experience working in hybrid environments (currently 85% on-prem / 15% Azure).

- Minimum 10 years of experience in large enterprise IT environments.
