Job Title:Oracle HCM Technical Developer (OIC / VBCS / Financials & HCM)

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite per Week)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Technical Developer with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) , and deep technical knowledge across both Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM modules. This role requires a blend of post-go-live support and active development of new integrations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work across Oracle Cloud HCM and Financials modules, handling:

  • 50% Day-to-day production support

  • 50% New development using OIC , VBCS , PL/SQL , REST APIs, and other Oracle PaaS tools

  • Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations across Payroll , Benefits , and Core HR using OIC and REST/SOAP APIs

  • Build and troubleshoot:

  • HCM Extracts

  • HDL (HCM Data Loader) jobs and templates

  • Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management

  • Support functional teams and end users by analyzing issues, providing technical fixes, and managing enhancements

  • Create and expose reports using BI Publisher, including REST API-based downstream data sharing

  • Participate in unit testing, deployment, code reviews, and technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud / Fusion

  • Expertise in:

  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) app- and schedule-driven orchestrations

  • VBCS for UI and application logic

  • REST & SOAP APIs design and implementation

  • PL/SQL , ATP DB, and Oracle scripting

  • Strong understanding of HCM modules Core HR, Payroll, Benefits

  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud Financials

  • Deep experience with HDL , HCM Extracts , and Fast Formulas

  • Ability to manage integrations across multiple upstream and downstream systems
