Desktop Support
We are looking to fill a long-term Contract role asDesktop Support
Mode of Interview: Either Web Cam or In Person Interview
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Work Location: Des Moines, IA
Shift: EST
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in Industry certification (A , Network , MCP, etc)
- 4 years of relevant experience and preferred education of 2-year degree or equivalent technical study
- 4 years of experience in in PC (desktop/laptop/thin client) support both desk side and remotely
- 4 years of experience in Windows 7/10 installation, patching, and troubleshooting
- 4 years of experience and Ability to troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 2019
- 4 years of experience in Windows networking TCP/IP Configuration and troubleshooting
- 4 years of experience in Escalating issues to next level support and or management accordingly
- 4 years of experience and Ability to troubleshoot issues with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome
- 4 years of experience in Demonstrating experience providing support with remote tools
- 4 years of experience and Ability to install and troubleshoot issues with a variety of in-house developed and 3rd party software
- 4 years of experience in Troubleshooting desktop and network printers’ issues
- 4 years of experience in Google Workspace products
- 4 years of experience in Apple device support (iPad, iPhone)
- 4 years of experience with hard drive encryption preference for Bitlocker and McAfee
- 4 years of experience and Ability to modify system registry
