Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance
We are conducting a confidential executive search on behalf of a leading manufacturer experiencing strong growth and transformation. The company operates across North America with global supply chain integration, a diversified customer base, and an emphasis on operational excellence and financial discipline.
The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance to lead strategic financial planning and ensure strong fiscal performance across the organization. This role reports directly to the CFO and serves as a key member of the executive leadership team. You will oversee FP&A, capital planning, investor relations, and business unit finance teams, while playing a central role in operational finance strategy, capital allocation, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive team, driving alignment between financial strategy and business operations

Lead corporate FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and board-level financial reporting

Oversee capital allocation strategies, investment analysis, and operational efficiency initiatives

Lead the corporate finance team and provide guidance to business unit finance leaders

Manage banking relationships, financial risk assessment, and investor communications

Develop scalable processes and financial systems that support manufacturing complexity and multi-site operations

Support M&A activity including due diligence, valuation, and integration
What We’re Looking For

15 or more years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior corporate finance or FP&A leadership role

Experience in manufacturing, industrials, or other capital-intensive sectors is required

Proven track record of building and scaling corporate finance capabilities in complex environments

Strong financial modeling, analytical, and executive communication skills

Comfort operating at both strategic and operational levels

Experience with ERP and financial systems transformation preferred

MBA or CPA is preferred
