We are conducting a confidential executive search on behalf of a leading manufacturer experiencing strong growth and transformation. The company operates across North America with global supply chain integration, a diversified customer base, and an emphasis on operational excellence and financial discipline.

The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance to lead strategic financial planning and ensure strong fiscal performance across the organization. This role reports directly to the CFO and serves as a key member of the executive leadership team. You will oversee FP&A, capital planning, investor relations, and business unit finance teams, while playing a central role in operational finance strategy, capital allocation, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive team, driving alignment between financial strategy and business operations

  • Lead corporate FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and board-level financial reporting

  • Oversee capital allocation strategies, investment analysis, and operational efficiency initiatives

  • Lead the corporate finance team and provide guidance to business unit finance leaders

  • Manage banking relationships, financial risk assessment, and investor communications

  • Develop scalable processes and financial systems that support manufacturing complexity and multi-site operations

  • Support M&A activity including due diligence, valuation, and integration

What We’re Looking For

  • 15 or more years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior corporate finance or FP&A leadership role

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrials, or other capital-intensive sectors is required

  • Proven track record of building and scaling corporate finance capabilities in complex environments

  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and executive communication skills

  • Comfort operating at both strategic and operational levels

  • Experience with ERP and financial systems transformation preferred

  • MBA or CPA is preferred
