We are seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Financials, Procurement, or Project Portfolio Management (PPM). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, drive solution design, conduct complex workshops, and provide strategic consulting to help clients maximize the value of their Oracle Cloud investment.

This role requires strong functional leadership, cross-module knowledge, and hands-on configuration experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations across Financials, Procurement, or PPM workstreams.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Conduct deep-dive workshops to gather, refine, and document business requirements with Finance stakeholders (Controllers, CFO Office, Procurement leads, Project Accounting leads).

  • Map complex business needs into scalable system solutions.

  • Create functional design documents (BRD/FDD) and perform hands-on configuration.

  • Configure and support modules including:

  • Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA

  • Procurement: Purchasing, SSP, Supplier Portal, Contracts (preferred)

  • PPM: Project Costing, Billing, Grants, Capital Projects (preferred)

  • Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and enterprise financial controls.

  • Recommend best practices to streamline R2R, P2P, O2C, and PPM execution cycles.

  • Guide clients on chart of accounts design, period close activities, and control frameworks.

  • Work with technical teams to design & validate integrations with third-party systems (APIs/OIC).

  • Manage data migration templates (FBDI/ADFdi) and lead validation cycles.

  • Lead SIT, UAT, and regression cycles.

  • Support cut-over, go-live, and hyper-care.

  • Provide functional support and resolution for complex issues.

  • Work closely with finance leadership, PMO, IT, and business teams.

  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years overall experience in ERP/Finance domain

  • 6 8+ years hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP experience

  • Strong implementation experience across Financials and at least one of the following:

  • Procurement

  • PPM

  • 3+ full lifecycle Cloud ERP implementations (minimum)

  • Deep understanding of:

  • Core financial processes & period close cycles

  • Multi-currency, multi-entity accounting

  • Chart of accounts, SLA, and financial controls

  • Proficiency with:

  • FBDI / ADFdi

  • Workflow & approval configurations

  • OTBI / BI Publisher reporting

  • SQL fundamentals for data validation and troubleshooting
