Workday Extend- Workday Studio Lead- Visa Independent
- Design and develop custom applications using Workday Extend focused on HR functionality.
- Enhance Core HCM, Talent Management modules through scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure seamless integration with Workday systems using Workday Studio, Orchestration, EIBs, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Apply strong knowledge of Workday security, reporting, and data architecture.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Workday Extend applications for performance and usability.
- Support ongoing Workday enhancements, releases, and configuration updates.
- Preferred qualifications include Workday Extend certification and experience in agile development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills required to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Stay current with Workday innovations and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
