About this Positions:

Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Part Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and county subject matter experts to gather user interface requirements.

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups for the new Dashboard and Lite/Refine search modes.

  • Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate designs based on feedback.

  • Ensure compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and Section 508 standards.

  • Work with front-end developers to translate design specifications into functional components.

  • Support documentation of design standards, patterns, and accessibility validations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for enterprise or government web applications.

  • Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

  • Demonstrated experience implementing accessible and responsive web design.

  • Strong understanding of information architecture and front-end workflows.

  • Experience collaborating within Agile development teams.
