- 7+ years of hands-on engineering experience on the Salesforce platform
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, SOQL/SOSL
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs
- Proven ability to build complex, scalable, high-performance software systems
- Prior experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement, Communities/Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud
- Solid understanding of AWS core concepts and services (Lambda, CloudWatch, AppFlow, S3, etc.)
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and business processes (Sales, Marketing, Operations)
- Knowledge of systems engineering concepts, data modeling, and API best practices
- Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD workflows within Salesforce
- Agile/Scrum experience
