Full Stack Engineer – Python/React/Gen AI Engineer

Richardson, TX (Hybrid)

W2 Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with 8 10 years of experience in building scalable, intelligent web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development using React, Node.js, Go, Pytho combined with hands-on experience in Generative AI and developing custom AI solutions using large language models (LLMs). Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, and modern DevOps practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using React, Node.js, Go, Python .
  • Build and integrate AI-driven features using LLM frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Crew AI
  • Develop pipelines and APIs for AI model integration, data processing, and inference.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers, product teams, and DevOps engineers to design scalable and efficient AI-enabled systems.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Optimize system performance and ensure reliability, security, and maintainability.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8 10 years of software development experience in full stack technologies.
  • Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Go, Python
  • Hands-on experience with LLM integration, Generative AI applications, and frameworks like LangChain/ LangGraph, Crew AI.
  • Experience developing and deploying AI or ML-based features within production environments.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system design.
  • Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL,.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, ,Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with vector databases (Open Search, Knowledge Base).
  • Knowledge of AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
  • Understanding of application performance tuning and AI model optimization.
