Job Summary

Seeking a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead enterprise technology projects, including Java/AWS-based applications and Outage Management System (OMS) implementations. This role combines Agile delivery leadership, technical project governance, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning.
  • Manage full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, design, testing, deployment, and closure.
  • Partner with engineering teams (Java, AWS, APIs) to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Create and maintain project artifacts scope, schedule, budget, risks, test and communication plans.
  • Track and report delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, roadmap progress) via Jira, GitHub, Planview, or ServiceNow.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, financial tracking, and change control.
  • Apply PMBOK, Agile, and SDLC frameworks to govern project execution.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, communication, and organizational change management.

Required Skills

  • 12 years as a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master managing software or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of Java, AWS, APIs, and modern SDLC practices.
  • Experience leading Agile teams and enterprise system implementations (preferably OMS or similar).
  • Proficient in Jira, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Planview, ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • PMP, CSM, or Agile certification.
  • Experience in Energy & Utilities, Aviation , or Technology Services industries.
