Data Entry Specialist
Role summary
Own site level data entry for an after school program. Keep records accurate and on time, build reports for the program director, and help track outcomes across classes and activities.
What you will do
- Enroll participants in required web based databases with complete, accurate info
- Set up class rosters, label activities, and record weekly attendance
- Create simple systems to organize documents and support compliance
- Run weekly, monthly, and annual reports to highlight program results
- Support program staff and serve as a point of contact for data questions
- Chaperone field trips as needed
What you bring
- Computer literacy and strong Excel, Word, and Google Docs skills
- 1 to 2 years working with databases; DYCD Connect, Cityspan, or EZReports is a plus
- Clear communication, attention to detail, and reliable follow up
- Bilingual ability is a plus
- Able to climb stairs and occasionally lift or move materials
Schedule and setting
Monday to Friday. Up to 20 hours per week while school is in session, up to 25 hours per week when school is not in session. This is an in person role in NYC public school sites in Queens.
