Senior Manager, Learning & Operations Excellence
About the Role
The Senior Manager, Learning & Operations Excellence is responsible for defining and executing the overall learning and development strategy to enhance operational performance across both corporate and field teams. This role combines strategic leadership, operational execution, and hands-on program management to build impactful learning experiences that drive engagement, capability, and business growth.
You will lead the development of training frameworks, manage the learning systems infrastructure, and oversee onboarding, upskilling, and continuous learning programs. Partnering closely with Operations and cross-functional teams, you will ensure that all learning initiatives align with business priorities and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that strengthens operational excellence and supports company goals.
- Lead the creation, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs, including onboarding, compliance, and technical training.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and relationships with external vendors and training providers.
- Partner with business leaders to assess capability needs, define learning priorities, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Build and lead a high-performing learning team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Establish clear success metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8 years of experience in learning and development, including 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience managing LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and learning analytics.
- Background in operations training within fast-paced, multi-site, or consumer-facing environments.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic business needs into impactful learning solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on collaboration and results.
