An international healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Global Strategy to lead the design and execution of strategic initiatives that drive global growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability. This role will partner with senior leadership to align business transformation efforts with organizational goals across multiple regions and business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global strategy execution, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and operational goals
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, innovation, and scalability
- Develop and manage strategic roadmaps, business plans, and performance frameworks
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth levers
- Conduct financial modeling and market analysis to guide strategic decision-making
- Support leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations
- Foster collaboration across global teams to ensure consistent execution and alignment
- Promote a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA or equivalent strongly preferred)
- 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business transformation, or global operations
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or large-scale global organizations a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
