Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
- Design and structure scalable Airtable bases for internal project tracking and workflow management.
- Build and refine automations to improve data accuracy, minimize manual operations, and streamline internal processes.
- Create user-friendly interfaces that simplify navigation and promote accessibility across teams.
- Develop dashboards and reporting views to monitor performance, productivity, and operational metrics.
- Recommend enhancements for workflow efficiency and integration with other tools.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Airtable, including Automations, Interfaces, and Scripting.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, workflow optimization, and relational base design.
- Proven experience developing internal tooling or dashboards for operational or project management purposes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Familiarity with the data labeling or AI operations industry is a plus.
