About The Role We are seeking a dedicated Data Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive data analytical services that support business decision-making and operational efficiency. Your primary focus will be on gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements. You will collaborate closely with business partners, IT teams, and subject matter experts to define business requirements, develop solutions, and generate insightful reports. This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your analytical expertise to drive strategic initiatives and enhance our data-driven culture. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong communication skills to effectively translate complex data findings into actionable insights. Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to determine root causes and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a moderate technical aptitude
  • Ability to formulate conclusions and recommend next steps upon project completion
  • Proactive team player with a focus on process improvement
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new tasks quickly

Responsibilities

  • Utilize data and operational knowledge to identify issues, inefficiencies, and insights for business improvement
  • Collect and analyze data, perform mathematical calculations, and research using various analytical tools
  • Define business process requirements, explore alternatives, and prepare presentations to support decision-making
  • Participate in projects involving data aggregation and the development of custom solutions
  • Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts to document processes, standardize procedures, and train offshore resources
  • Generate comprehensive reports for analysis and strategic planning
  • Support ongoing data quality initiatives and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency
