Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow/SecOps Developer for a Contract with a client inDraper, UT. This role requires hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) and integration with tools like Tenable and Qualys.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ServiceNow/SecOps Developer job responsibilities include:

  • Develop and customize the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module to meet business and security requirements.
  • Integrate VR with external vulnerability data sources such as Tenable, Qualys, Veracode, Arnica, and SonarQube using APIs and MID Servers.
  • Implement automated workflows for vulnerability detection, analysis, assignment, and remediation tracking.
  • Design dashboards and reports for SLA tracking, vulnerability metrics, and executive-level visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security Operations, ITSM, CMDB, and Governance for end-to-end lifecycle integration.
  • Ensure performance optimization and compliance with security standards, while maintaining technical documentation and troubleshooting issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on SecOps modules.
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR), including custom scripting and integration with tools like Tenable, Qualys, and Veracode.
  • Strong knowledge of API integrations, ELK stack, AWS Kafka, and Salesforce call center components including SSO, SailPoint, and softphone integration.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
