Swoon is actively hiring a Host Provisioning Engineer/Support Engineer to join the team!

What will your day-to-day will look like?

• Drive configuration work for host resources across SHARES, Sperry UNIVAC (UNIMATIC), and MVS environments – keeping critical systems running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate tracking metadata for host resources associated to hostnames – zero room for drift.
• Troubleshoot and resolve host resource incidents, updating ServiceNow with clear, concise, and actionable notes.
• Reclaim host addressing using established processes – keeping space efficient and controlled.
• Manage, update, and maintain printer drivers & profiles across a large enterprise fleet of MFP printers.
• Deliver L3 phone support to Field Services, ESP Techs, FSTS Tech Support, Unimatic Coverage, Service Desk, and the NOC.

What’s Required

• Experience with Sperry UNIVAC (UNIMATIC) PIDs and updating master file processes
• Strong ServiceNow skills (reporting/dashboard experience is a plus)
• Solid Excel skills basic PowerShell scripting ability
• 2 years supporting PC printers/peripherals (Vaison PrintLogic experience a plus)
• Strong troubleshooting, independent work style, and clear communication skills

What else should you know?

Contract role – 4 month contract with possibility to extend

Location – Chicago, IL – Willis Tower

On-Site Role – Monday – Friday
