Position: AI Banking Data Specialist

Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $90k-$200k/year
Location: Remote
Schedule: 9:00am–5:30pm PST for the first two weeks; then aligned with your local time zone
Key Responsibilities(Training support will be provided)
- Use proprietary software to label, annotate, and evaluate AI-generated content related to banking
- Deliver curated data sets tailored for various banking domains
- Support the development of innovative annotation tools and workflows
- Adapt to evolving task instructions with precision and sound judgment
Ideal Qualifications
- Professional experience in banking and financial services, including corporate/retail banking and loan processing
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and interpret complex instructions
- Interest in financial technology and AI innovation
- Certifications such as CFA, FRM, CBCA, CAMS, or CPA
- Experience mentoring or training in banking or finance
- Familiarity with AI data annotation workflows
- Comfort recording short audio or video for model training
