Estate Planning Paralegal

About the Role We’re looking for a detail-driven Estate Planning Paralegal to join our legal team. In this role, you’ll support attorneys by preparing estate planning documents, communicating with clients, and keeping everything on track from intake to execution. You should be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.What You’ll DoDraft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directivesManage client intake and maintain regular communication throughout the planning processOrganize and maintain case files and document templatesCoordinate document signings, notarizations, and witness arrangementsPrepare asset schedules and funding documents (e.g., trust funding letters, deed transfers)Conduct legal research as needed to support planning strategiesTrack deadlines and ensure all documents are properly filed and executedWork closely with attorneys to customize plans based on each client’s needs
