- Compensation: $300K OTE (60% base + 40% commission) + ++Equity++

The company partners with leading property owners and operators to deploy advanced technology and data-driven systems across large real estate portfolios – from multifamily communities to REIT-managed assets.
As the company scales, the team is seeking a proven Director of Business Development to lead enterprise sales efforts targeting major real estate owners, developers, and institutional operators.
The Opportunity
This is a strategic enterprise sales role — ideal for someone who can both build and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals while shaping the go-to-market motion for a rapidly scaling infrastructure and technology platform.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning the enterprise sales process end-to-end — from targeting and outreach through structuring and closing deals.
- Developing strategic presentations and commercial proposals for senior executives across multifamily and commercial real estate.
- Partnering closely with internal leadership to design incentives and deal structures that drive adoption.
- Identifying and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers at REITs, multifamily property owners, and large institutional real estate portfolios.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and support large-scale rollouts.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally within proptech, SaaS, or infrastructure technology.
- Proven track record selling into large real estate organizations — multifamily, REITs, and major property managers.
- Strong familiarity with the enterprise sales motion.
- Ability to “talk the talk and walk the walk” with senior real estate executives.
- Comfort managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker who can craft a go-to-market plan, not just execute a playbook.
- High EQ and credibility in front of C-suite clients.
