Analyst, Business Systems II

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to join a large enterprise in Nashville. This role is onsite in Nashville.

What you’ll do:

*** Define and document business and technical requirements to meet customer objectives.

• Guide technical and business teams in system development and implementation.
• Ensure accurate deployment through problem log reviews, test plans, and other analysis activities.
• Provide input on system changes, business direction, and process improvements.
• Mentor junior analysts and assist with training documentation.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and support planning/prioritization of business activities.**

Requirements:

* Healthcare BSA experience – Medicare/Medicaid strongly preferred.**

* Proficiency in Visio and Excel.**

* Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.**

*** Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and teamwork skills.
• Must meet CMS residency/security clearance requirements (3 of last 5 years in the U.S.).****

**Preferred:**

***** SAFe Scaled Agile Certification.

• CBAP certification.
• HIPAA or LOMA knowledge.****
