Job Title: SOC Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Employment Type: Contract 12 Months

About the Role
You’ll play a key role as a Tier 2 Support. Assist with process creation and implementation and engage with partner teams for tuning and incident response.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the planning and execution of security deliverables across medium-to-large scale initiatives.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot moderately complex security issues, applying sound judgment and technical expertise.
  • Consult with internal stakeholders to resolve security challenges and ensure successful implementation of engineering solutions.
  • Leverage your understanding of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and operational procedures to support project goals.
  • Collaborate closely with client personnel and internal teams to drive alignment and execution of security engineering tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in Information Security, or equivalent experience through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with security technologies including:

  • Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)

  • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)

  • Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR)

  • Security Operations Center (SOC) environments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
