Overview

  • We are seeking Developers to design and implement AI-driven automation for financial back-office processes. You will build solutions using Google’s low-code/no-code tools, integrate financial systems, and ensure workflows are accurate and scalable.
  • Responsibilities
  • Develop applications and automations using AppSheet, Dialogflow, or similar tools.
  • Build and maintain AI-driven workflow agents.
  • Integrate data from multiple financial systems with accuracy and traceability.
  • Implement human-in-the-loop exception handling workflows.
  • Collaborate in pods with PMs, architects, and engineers.
  • Adopt and experiment with emerging AI and automation tools.
  • Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools (AppSheet, Dialogflow, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Solid background in full-stack development (APIs, queries, databases, stylesheets).
  • Understanding of financial data workflows and system integrations.
  • Exposure to AI-driven automation, prompt-tuning, or agent-based workflows.
  • Adaptable mindset, eager to learn and try new approaches.

Overview

  • We are seeking Developers to design and implement AI-driven solutions for financial back-office processes. You will build scalable systems that integrate multiple data sources, apply Generative AI to enhance automation, and ensure workflow accuracy and reliability. Experience with low-code tools is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI-driven applications and workflow automation using modern frameworks and APIs.
  • Build and maintain GenAI-powered agents with practical LLM use cases integrated into workflows.
  • Develop and integrate data pipelines and APIs connecting multiple financial systems.
  • Write efficient SQL queries and ensure data accuracy, traceability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with PMs, architects, and engineers to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Stay updated and experiment with emerging AI, automation, and engineering tools.
  • Qualifications
  • 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in API development, SQL , and a basic understanding of full-stack technologies (frontend backend).
  • Experience with Generative AI , LLM integration , or AI-driven workflows.
  • Exposure to low-code/no-code tools (AppSheet, Dialogflow, Power Automate) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of data workflows and system integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to explore new tools and technologies
