DMC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team with a focus on campus recruiting. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive candidate experience and ensuring smooth logistics for recruiting initiatives across multiple offices.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and schedules interviews while keeping candidates engaged
  • Maintains candidate records in Greenhouse (ATS) and updates recruiting documentation
  • Prepares interview materials (resumes, assessments, and interview guides)
  • Collaborates closely with engineers, hiring managers, and office leads
  • Publishes and maintains job postings across multiple platforms
  • Supports university relationship-building and logistics for campus events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum GPA of 3.4)
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator who can build rapport and follow up on tasks
  • Handles confidential information with discretion and quickly learns new tools
  • Preferred: exposure to campus recruiting

Compensation is based on relevant experience, industry and location standards.

Salary Range

$50,000—$60,000 USD
