- Join a leading private equity firm and gain exposure to fund operations, fundraising, investor relations, and portfolio reporting
- Located in Boston with a hybrid schedule (Friday is remote), working closely with senior leadership
- Perfect for recent graduates with financial industry internships or professionals with 1-2 years in financial firms seeking to transition into private equity
- Responsibilities include supporting the Fund Reporting Team, managing investor communications, preparing financial statements, coordinating LP transfers, and assisting with audits and capital calls
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years’ experience in financial services
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in private equity or fund administration
- Familiarity with investor portals and fund operations
- Experience with Investran is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Based in Boston, with flexibility for early or late hours and occasional travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
- Proven reliability and proactive attitude
This position offers a salary range of $70,000 – $75,000 plus a targeted 25% bonus and comprehensive benefits, including 100% coverage of health, dental, and vision insurance.There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
